Pilot & beta leadership
Led TEGNA's season-long beta of Chyron's AXIS Maps: recruited and managed 20+ field participants across 15 stations, worked directly with Chyron's product and engineering team on feature requests, and built the feature-tracker dashboard used to judge the org-wide rollout.
Generative AI production
Launched TEGNA's pipeline for AI-rendered virtual sets. I direct the renders in Firefly and Imagen for station projects such as WUSA and WZDX, then hand production-ready sets to the 3D design team.
Scripting & tools
One script re-skins a whole sports league's monitors and open animations (colors, logos, renders) and publishes them to a shared library. Another generates on-brand banners, tiles and marquees for every streaming platform. The third is an After Effects plugin that automates the team's top three daily tasks.
Training & mentoring
Built the design department's AI training from scratch: prompting in Artlist AI and Firefly, mentoring three tenured designers, and onboarding six new hires into AI workflows from their first week, ahead of the company-wide rollout.

A phone-first web app for two people to keep a top 10 in every food category, plus a wish list of places to try. It has a map with category pins, offline mode, drag to re-rank, and Spotify Wrapped-style story cards drawn on the phone. It runs for $0 a month.

A free web tool for finding a US map boundary in plain words, checking it on the map, and downloading it for Google Earth, a GPS watch or mapping software. It's built for people who have never opened ArcGIS, and it's quick enough for people who use it every day.
